These tips should help you decide what to bring to a retreat weekend...

1.  You never know what the temperature will be in a crop room, so dress in layers.  Don't forget those comfy clothes to scrap in and, of course, remember your PJs and slippers for scrappin' late into the night...
2.  When packing your scrapbook supplies, keep in mind that aisle and table space is limited.   Remember, we will have paper and other supplies in case you need it and you will always have at least 3 feet of table space!
3.  Speaking of space, a great tool to buy is a wire shelf that can usually be found at Wal-mart, Target, etc. in the Household section.  This is a great way to maximize your table space since you can store items on top and under the shelf.
4.  A kitchen tool caddy or turnabout is another great way to have those items you use most often right at your fingertips.   Again, another way to make the most of your space.
5.  Don't forget those plastic grocery bags that are great for trash.
6.  Plastic sealable bags (Ziplock) in several sizes work great for all those die-cuts and punches that you will create at our Creation Station or items you might make in class.  By the way, the 2 gallon size bag is perfect for 12 x 12 paper!
7.  We all have to have our munchies - don't forget those.  You may want to bring a small cooler for under your table with your favorite beverage.  Just a reminder that no open drinks are permitted on the tables- we don't want to chance a spill.  If you own a Tag-A-Long, bring it along.
8.  Remember to mark all your belongings with your name in case something gets misplaced.
9.   Miscellaneous items-   camera with extra batteries and film (we must take pictures!), aspirin, medications, lotion, tissues, bandaids, your own pillow, etc.
10.  Most importantly- bring your fun attitude!  We want you to relax, make new friends, learn new techniques, become inspired and create wonderful pages, and have a weekend for memories!
